I lead Pangloss with a deep passion for human behaviour and career transitions. With a Master’s in Translation and over a decade in the mobile industry, I took over Pangloss to provide individuals with genuinely personalised support during career change — support that goes far beyond the standard outplacement offering.
My vision is built on a team of diverse “consulcoaches”, carefully selected for their expertise and shared passion for guiding people through professional transitions. Young talents within the team ensure that Pangloss stays innovative and digitally current, bringing fresh perspectives to everything we do.
