We were founded in 2008, and every year since 2011, we have surveyed over 1,000 Danish companies through our Recruitment Analysis, providing an up-to-date picture of how employers search for and select talent. Our Candidate Analysis surveys 2,000 employees, and looks at the other side of the table — examining Danish employees’ motivations and preferences — giving our clients the factual foundation they need for sound HR and career transition decisions.

We have experience delivering outplacement solutions to small, medium-sized, and Denmark’s largest organisations alike. We handle everything, from a few employees being made redundant, to the largest-scale restructurings. This includes situations where the solution requires individual outplacement programs supplemented by workshops, crisis support, or group sessions.

Our advisory approach is grounded in data, a deep understanding of the Danish labor market, and a people-centered, individualised approach. We meet each departing employee exactly where they are and advise them based on what the market is looking for — helping them move forward into their next role as effectively as possible.

As a result, approximately 9 out of 10 find new employment while in an outplacement program with us, and we maintain a 95% satisfaction rate.
