Aventus has been helping people and organisations find each other, develop together, and separate in an orderly manner since 1986. What began in Skövde — supporting laid-off construction workers through transition and skills development — has grown into a nationwide partner with a presence in over 40 locations across Sweden and headquarters in Gothenburg. Our work spans every stage of working life, for both employers and employees.

We are owned by Folkuniversitetet, the course operations at the University of Gothenburg, which is an apolitical, non-profit foundation. That ownership shapes everything about how we work: a humanistic philosophy that places human development at the centre, and services designed to help both people and organisations grow, thrive, and perform at their best.

Aventus holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, meaning our entire operation, from internal processes to client experience, has been examined and is subject to continuous improvement.
